Our website describes the landscape design, hardscape, outdoor living, and related services we offer in the Fresno & Clovis area. Information on this site is for general reference only and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or project scope.

Estimates and consultations are provided after an on-site review of your property. Final project pricing is based on a written, itemized scope and signed agreement.

Project quotes are valid for the period stated in the written proposal. Work begins after the proposal is signed and any required deposit is received. Payments are typically milestone-based, tied to completed phases of the project.

Project photos, design drawings, and website content are owned by AR Landscapes unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reuse project photos or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

AR Landscapes is bonded, insured, and licensed in California (CSLB #857328). Our liability is limited to the value of the specific work performed under a signed agreement. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, permitting, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court in Fresno County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date of the most recent update.
